“Taupi,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Services:
Sterlyd, LLC, located in FLORIDA.
Taupi is a product of Sterlyd.

We collect information to provide and improve the Services. Depending on how you use Taupi, we may collect:
- Account information: username/handle, profile details, avatar, contact information you
provide, and account preferences.
- User content: posts, captions, comments, messages, media uploads, and associated metadata
you include or generate through use (e.g., timestamps).
- Usage information: interactions such as views, likes, follows, clicks, searches, session
activity, and feature usage.
- Device & technical data: device type, OS version, app version, language, identifiers, IP
address, log data, and crash/performance reports.
- Approximate location (optional): if you enable location features, we may use approximate
location for tagging or localized experiences.
- Payment and transaction data (if you use Payment Features): transaction history, amounts,
status, and payment method tokens provided by payment processors (we do not store full card numbers or bank
credentials).
3) Payments and financial features
If the Services offer wallet, payments, or other transaction features (“Payment Features”), those features may
be provided and/or processed by third-party providers.
We do not store full card numbers or bank login credentials on Taupi servers. Payment
providers may return tokens, transaction confirmations,
and limited payment method details (e.g., last four digits) that we store to operate Payment Features, prevent
fraud, and provide support.
4) How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Personalize feeds, recommendations, and user experience.
- Enable messaging, social interactions, and safety features.
- Process transactions, handle disputes, and prevent fraud (when Payment Features are used).
- Monitor, debug, and secure the Services.
- Communicate with you about updates, support, and important notices.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
5) How we share information
We may share information in the following cases:
- With other users: information and content you choose to share (e.g., your profile, posts,
comments, and activity visible based on your settings).
- With service providers: vendors that help us run Taupi (e.g., hosting, analytics,
security, customer support, and payment processors) under appropriate contractual protections.
- For legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect users,
the public, and the Services.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of

6) Cookies and tracking

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. The Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
You can control certain data collection through your device settings and, where available, in-app settings.

dispute resolution, and legal compliance). If you delete your account, we take steps to delete or de-identify
information, unless we are
required or permitted to keep it.

- Profile & privacy settings: adjust what others can see and how your account appears
(where available).
- Notifications: control notification permissions in your device settings and in-app
preferences (where available).
- Location: enable/disable location permissions in device settings.
- Access and deletion: request access to, portability of, correction of, or deletion of
certain data by contacting us at
support@sterlyd.com.
10) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords and keep your device secure.
11) Children’s privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
